CLIENTS - base and incidents

Through client base, you can easily access and edit informations about your clients, and in incidents you can lead tickets from receiving and creating, to resolving.
Clients can have different priorities, and you can access detailed informations about them.
Tickets can be received by contact form, or created by administrator.
You can assign every ticket to employee, and employees can receive email warning about new tickets. Employees that are working on some ticket, can comment ticket and enter time they spent while working on it.
Once incident is solved/closed, users can make reports with informations about ticket.
